Is it really one price?
Yes. $99 a month, everything your school needs to run included. No setup fee, no per-student fees, no feature tollbooths. Optional add-ons exist only for things with real cost (extra video, SMS, a branded app) or extra locations.
What does the founding offer mean?
The first 20 dojos to join lock in $99 a month. Your price never rises while you stay subscribed. The only way to lose it is to leave. After the 20 seats are gone, new dojos join at the standard $169 a month.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Your dojo is live the moment you sign up, already set up with belts, a homepage, and a waiver. You customize from there.
How do I get paid?
You connect your own Stripe account and collect tuition directly. The money is yours; DojoZeus never sits between you and your students' payments.
What are Zeus and Ares?
Two AI assistants included with every school. Zeus works for you: it reads your live business numbers, drafts reports, and flags students at risk of leaving. Ares works for your students: a tutor inside every lesson that answers only from your curriculum.
What styles of martial arts does DojoZeus support?
Any of them. Karate, taekwondo, BJJ, judo, kung fu, MMA, boxing, and anything else with students and ranks. You define your own belt or rank ladder, your programs, and your curriculum.
Can students check themselves in?
Yes, two ways. The Sentry kiosk turns any tablet at your entrance into a check-in screen: students tap their name, guests sign in and sign your waiver on the spot, and walk-ins land in your leads pipeline with your welcome emails going out automatically. Students can also self check-in with a class code.
Does DojoZeus track belt progress automatically?
If you want it to. Give a rank counted requirements (classes attended, days at rank, courses or quizzes finished) and they track themselves; when a student meets everything, they're flagged ready to test. Or set no requirements at all and promote purely on your judgment. Either way, promotion is always your call.
Does DojoZeus have an app?
Yes, two, and they are the same app. Your school's web address installs on any phone from the browser, no app store, with your logo on the home screen. Students who open it land in their training: check-in, belts, lessons, messages, and Ares. You open it and land in your dashboard.
Can I run the school from my phone?
