Who builds DojoZeus
DojoZeus is built by Cloud Forest Martial Institute. We write software that schools use for real enrollment and real progress, and we review it before it ships.
I
The school behind the software
Cloud Forest Martial Institute builds DojoZeus.
We write the software, try it against real enrollment, and review it before it ships.
This software was built under the guidance, support, and tutelage of experienced operators, builders, and advisors in software and school/business systems, who asked to remain anonymous.
Donors and financial backers have also asked for anonymity.
II
How we build
We build production systems. The work is tried against real school and course data, then reviewed before it ships.
A lesson path that breaks, or an enrollment that disappears, leaves a real student locked out of class. So every change gets a second review.
III
Security and care of data
Schools trust us with student and family information, and we guard it.
- Each part of the system sees only the data it needs.
- Payment and account keys stay on our servers and never reach a browser.
- Every connection is encrypted.
- Staff see only what their role allows.
We hold that information in trust for the school. It is theirs. We treat it that way.
IV
What professional means here
Professional, here, means the rigor of higher education: work that is clear, checked, and ready to defend.
The tools change. We keep learning so the school that carries your name stays sound.
V
Lineage of craft
Our approach was shaped through years with Appalachian State University’s regional business development institute.
That same practice was shaped through 501(c)(3) support and through entrepreneur communities. That history is how we learned how regional schools and small organizations actually operate.
Appalachian State University does not endorse this product.

Built to run a real dojo
DojoZeus is the all-in-one platform for martial arts schools. Members, billing, belts, scheduling, the website, and the front desk live in one system.
Operators rely on it for live enrollment, rank, and tuition. It is new to the market, built with precision so it holds up against software that has already had years on the market.
Open your dojo.
